Scope

These terms apply to all orders placed through this store.

Contract

The presentation of goods is not a binding offer. By placing an order you make a binding offer; the contract is concluded when we confirm the order or dispatch the goods.

Prices and payment

All prices are final prices in euro; shipping is added at checkout. Payment is due on ordering. Goods are dispatched from Germany.

What we sell

We sell awnings and sun protection — manual and electric full-cassette awnings up to 6 m, an awning with LED and wind sensor, a freestanding awning, patio and cantilever parasols, drop-arm window awnings and retractable side screens, with the cleaning, winder and repair accessories to go with them. The width, type and any power requirement are stated on each listing for domestic outdoor use.

Wind, fixing and electrics

An awning or parasol is exposed to wind — retract or close it in strong wind and before leaving home, and weight or anchor a parasol base as the instructions require; a gust can damage an extended awning or lift a parasol. Fix wall awnings into a sound structure only, to the stated load. Electric and LED models connect to a 230 V supply through a qualified electrician; a wind sensor retracts an awning automatically but is not a substitute for care. CE marked.

Retention of title

The goods remain our property until paid for in full.

Right of withdrawal and warranty

Consumers have a 14-day right of withdrawal and the statutory warranty; see the Refund Policy.

Applicable law

German law applies. For consumers this does not affect the mandatory protection of the law of their country of residence.
